Michael Fine

Michael Fine is a Lead Project Manager at EdReports, bringing more than 15 years of experience working at the intersection of education and technology. He leads cross-functional projects and initiatives that help EdReports turn organizational priorities into action, bringing structure to complex work, strengthening collaboration, and helping teams stay aligned and focused on delivering meaningful results.

Michael began his career in higher education technology, spending more than a decade at Lone Star College in roles supporting online learning and educational technology. He later moved into software implementation and professional services, where he led enterprise SaaS implementations for higher education institutions and other organizations. Across those roles, he has enjoyed working with people from different backgrounds and disciplines, solving problems together, and finding practical ways to move projects forward when the path is not always clear. He holds an MBA from Mississippi State University, PMP certification, and Professional Scrum Master certification.

Outside of work, Michael travels across the United States in an RV with his family, exploring new places and spending as much time outdoors as possible. He enjoys hiking, playing ultimate frisbee, and building Star Wars LEGO sets with his kids.
